Review: Duck Deli
How many times have we passed Duck Deli on the way to our house and never stopped in? Hundreds of times? If not more? So this weekend we decided to finally turn our car to the right and try out Duck Deli’s barbecue sandwiches. When you first enter the deli you will notice the friendly and casual atmosphere. You will also find yourself right in front of a case full of tantalizing ribs and whole barbecue chickens. OBX Restaurant Review: The Tomato Patch
Want to know a great place to eat in the Corolla area? You can’t go wrong at the Tomato Patch located in Monteray Shores Plaza off of Albacore Street. Casual but nice, you can fit right in whether you have a table full of children or a table for two. We especially enjoy the calamari appetizer, which always arrives light and crispy. The teenagers order a pizza which is big enough to both fill them up and fill a doggie bag for home. My daughter orders the Fettuccine Alfredo, served in a large bowl with plenty of creamy cheese.
